“Bought a Ghost X and Ghost X long life battery. After 6 months both are faulty. The reason for this is a 10 minute cycle in the rain. Their customer support has been shoddy with no interest in resolving this issue. Definitely avoid buying from Drift.”
“drift 4k . lots of lines across the picture, and if the slightedt of movement and something not quite connected inside.Reluctant Ollie stalled and avoided repeatedly in sending me the returns address. I sent him 3 emails saying I would be returning it to their registered address as stated on their emails. Which i did. I contacted Drift after a week,to see why they hadn't acknowledged receipt of the the camera.
And I was told that the registered address hadn't been used for some time. I checked on the companies house website and drift has been registered under a different name since 2006.
This is fraud , also they have conveniently added a 0 to the front of thei rregistered number so people can;t check. THe address on their emails is an office block in london being used by 81 businesses I have taken Drift to court and the court has awarded in my favour. I now have to get the bailiffs to collect my original purchase fee. It has been a lot of hassle and time. If you take them to court make sure you don't make the same mistake as me. Add compensation for your time.

“Good camera but leaked first time used in mild rain (supposed to be weatger proof). Contacted customer service for advice, not even to replace the item, just for advice. Answer i had was not our problem, shouldnt have had it outside. ITS AN ACTION CAMERA!”
