“I received a car missing 1/8 of fuel, sent the car back with the same level of fuel, however I was charged for the refilling.
I broght the car back 10 minutes prior to the end of my booking. They took 15 minutes to close the contract and I was charged an extra day due to their own delay.
I have claimed for these 2 issues under the protocol 00194918, but NEVER received a reply.”
“I hired a car with insurance plus the platinum insurance waiver, I have had to make a claim for £500 due to damage to car, I have filled in the forms and was told I would hear back with in 48hrs from a claim rep, this was over 11 days ago, I have e-mailed with ref numbers 3 days ago and have yet to hear back from them, they are quck enough to take the money at the start but not very timely when it comes to settle ant claims, I will definatly not be using this company again.”
