SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Keeps giving me earlier dates but it won't allow me to book it. No reply in weeks through email and repeatedly tried to ring them no answer SCAMMM

Purchased the product, have had no correspondence at all for over 2 weeks. All phones are turned off, emails are ignored. In simple terms it is a shambles of a service and nobody should use them.

There is something a bit fishy about the good reviews. My experience is the same as the others that have posted a bad review. Nobody answers the phone, messages or email. Steer clear!

My order number is :1104723 and I already paid 18 pounds but unfortunately finally it was me finding the early date so basically they did not help me get the booking. So after this, I made hundreds of call to them to ask if they can carry on to help me as I failed in the test, but there is no one picking up my call at all! Then I have written email to them but nobody replied me! Finally I sent them message on Facebook but they delete my comments! Now I am really uncertain or not they will refund me but in a word, I don't recomment their service at all! Marian

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I AM AWAITING A REFUND SINCE 18/9/15 I FEEL CONNED! THE MOST APPALLING TREATMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ! I AM NOW SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE IN OBTAINING MY REFUND AND SHOWING THE PUBLIC THE TRUE UGLY COLOURS OF THIS COMPANY There were very few tests dates sent via text over 5 week period, when I replied yes instantly, they said they never received it and we lost it. Then the only tests centre was Loughborough and at the same time 08.10 ! I then went onto the government webite and booked an ealier test at Loughborough myself. I sent drivingtestfinder several text messages, also messages on their web site and on their answer machine and NOBODY RESPONDS ! Occasionally you get through to a girl whom calls herslf Sabrina " sorry I can't authorise the refund , I shall contact the manager! and email and refund shall be done within 5-7days before the end of September"! It's a complete JOKE! ITS NOW NOVEMBER and NO REFUND! Then they ignore you again and again. When finally your phone call get through to Sabrina whom says its passed 60days no refund! when I told her I have proof of date and time she apollogised and said yes I am entitled to a refund, and she shall contact the manager to refund my money! and promises a personal phone call back ! but I am still waiting for my refund because now Sabrina says the manager can't authorise the refund and he has passed it onto the developer to process the refund. No manager has ever had the common decency contacted me or process my refund. KEEP A LIST: WHOM YOU SPEAK TO, DATES & TIMES & CONVERSATION SEEK PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND HELP (TRADING STANDARDS/ CITIZENS ADVICE) TOGETHER WE STOP HONEST PEOPLE LIKE US FROM BEING CONNED AND MAKE THIS COMPANY REFUND OUR MONEY AND ACT WITHIN THE ENGLISH LAW!

Since 17th October when I ordered the service, I'm trying to get my refund! All I feel is that I've been CONNED!!!!!!! (Today is the 12th November). Obviously that even ordering their service, I continued looking at the DVSA website to try and find dates my self. TWICE I found dates within the range I wanted to change to, and unfortunately I wasn't quick enough to click and book, but that also showed me that their service is a joke, as I haven't received any messages from them about those dates. A week more and using all the 6 changes we have available to make in DVSA website, and I finally found a date - and was quick enough to book it. And still, I didnt get one email from Driving Test Finder holding the date for me to book. I spoke to Sabrina in there, and even though she is polite, but also full of bs* as no excuse is actually acceptable. I've checked on them by email about the refund, and all I get is promised, and until now, nothing. DON'T BE CONNED!!!! TIP: BE PATIENT, YOU WILL FIND THE DATE YOU NEED YOURSELF!! DON'T BOOK SERVICE FROM THESE KIND OF COMPANIES. Good luck on your driving tests.

this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The only message I received the whole time was thanks for signing up, I was not informed that if I check for a cancellation myself that it signs you out of their system. I had sent them two emails asking how it works and had no response. I managed to find a cancellation myself and rang up asking for a refund and wanted to complain about the lack of response/communication. I have requested for a refund twice by email and have not had a response, have called up 4 times and I get the same girl answering every time who also has no clue and will not let me speak to the manager. she keeps saying the manager is not available and that they should be processing the refund but after 20 days I still have not had anything in my bank account. This has to be the worse company and it should be closed down.

SO wrong!!! The week after I paid for this service I received email from Driving Test Finder stating that, for the previous 3 days, the text messaging system had experienced a fault. I tried to phone the company for a two days but the line was busy. I was sent three driving test cancellation and I replied BOOK and no confirmation that my test date was changed. In the end I found one myself. I contacted customer support asking for refund.I find out that my order was cancelled by them and answer was that I am not entitled for refund because I didn't replied in any texts. WHAT? .Not happy with this service at all.Waist of money.They just taking money and do nothing.I would'n give any star for them.Stay away!!!!

Absolutely useless. The day after I paid for this service Driving Test Finder sent an email to all customers stating that, for the previous 3 days, the text messaging system had experienced a fault and done of the booking had gone through. Not a good start! I tried to phone the company a few times and never got a reply. I was not sent a single driving test cancellation in two weeks. In the end I found one myself. Please do not waste your money!

I urge you all not to use this company! Use driving test hunter. This company wouldn't refund my money I had to raise a complaint through PayPal to get my money back. They don't respond to emails or answer the phone ever. Worst company ever. DO NOT USE.

Appalling service. They offered me a date and I replied 'book' an hour later they then responded to me telling me that I had taken to long to reply despite me replying in 4 MINUTES. In which universe is 4 minutes too long especially when they say quite clearly on their website that you have 15 minutes to reply. I have tried to call the company multiple times as well as sending various emails but they are impossible to get hold of. Terrible company scamming learner drivers out of money!

I've not had any texts since having this I've had it for a bout 3 weeks now so I've took upon myself to look myself I have also rang a number of times and sent an email to see if it's working but no one has answered. I just want an earlier test date as I failed and really want to pass but this hasn't helped me so far

My reply to a test was not registered as the text system was down. I wasn't notified until the day before the test that this was the case. I've been trying to contact them since and have heard nothing over the past few days. I have left several voicemails and an email and are yet to hear back from them.
