“I have unopened flea collars for 5 animals from Dr.Paws. I read reviews that said if you open the product and put it on your animal they will refuse to refund you. So, after reading reviews about animals being vetted due to sickness occurring because of ingredients in the collars I decided not to even try them and get my money back. I contacted customer support and was asked to send a short video and explain reason for return. I said we went with another product and simply changed our mind. That I had unopened product and wanted a refund. DENIED! My reply was F you. All spelled out. I've never done that. I've seen so many reviews about this product making animals sick and not working. Some reviews the animals have even died. I am not comfortable risking it. Also, the shipping label says it came from Illinois, but my tracking was from China. And it took 8 days, but that's within their time frame. So, maybe this will help someone else not eat their money like I did. They stole from me. Screw this company. Do not buy.”
“They do not work. When I told them that, they ssk me to send pictures of how I had it put on. I sent them, they in turn told me to keep my house vacuumed and my lawn mowed, that was there words. DO NOT BUY IT DOES NOT WORK.”

“First, this product will be shipped from China. Expect a 2 weeks shipment. Second, there are multiple complaints through the EPA about causing seizures and in some cases Death. I did not do my research before purchasing. Ten minutes after putting n my dog, he went into a violent seizure. I purchased four collars. I then did my research to find out about the numerous issues that Dr Paws is ignoring. I guess being over seas they get away with not warning customers. I contacted Dr Paws and they insisted i send a video of this seizure. As if i was going to film it instead of going to his aid. They then would not refund my money even though I offered to send all the product back. You have been warned.”

“Do NOT waste your money. The company responded only up until the point when I repeatedly asked HOW to process the 30-day money-back guarantee that is listed on their products, then no response was received again without the intervention of PayPal's claim process. The main problem is not ONLY do the collars not stay on but they DO NOT WORK! 0% of fleas have been killed, deflected, or minimized on ANY of my 6 cats after almost a full month of repeatedly putting their useless collars back on. They claim it is break-away technology and designed that way. However, I have used traditional-style chemical collars before that use actual break-away technology and they only "break-away" when it is entirely necessary for a life-threatening emergency. These collars come off just by the animal scratching, shaking its head, etc. that isn't technology that is POOR craftmanship. I am hoping another company's version of these collars actually works as I do not want to put any chemicals on my animals but this company has made me VERY hesitant to try any other brand.”
“Wasn’t very happy when I found out they were made in China. Not knowing the true ingredients because it’s made out of the country. I opened the package and it absolutely stunk like citronella. Took my dog in the car and it smelled the whole car.. Needless to say as soon as I got home from the dog park, I threw it in the garbage. Definitely do not recommend the stinky collar”
