“I am writing to express my disappointment with your cancellation policy. I am moving across the country to New Mexico and arranged to stay with you along the way. My spouse stayed a month ago as she preceded me in our move and was well pleased. Unfortunately, as I'm sure you are aware, there is a severe mid-western storm. This caused me to change my entire route to avoid the storm. I'm disgusted that there is a no cancellation policy, which in my humble opinion is draconian. We will make a point to not stay at any Drury facilities in the future as well as add these comments to any available customer review platforms.”
