“Customer service above and beyond. I accidentally hit a wrong button with my on-line order making it look like I wanted click and collect. They realised that I didn't live anywhere near the shop and phoned to check if that was what I had intended. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“Apart from the very good offer which came 'out of the blue' because DS Music had noted my interest and past purchase, the service was excellent after I contacted them with a special request. They did exactly what I wanted and could not have been more helpful. I recommend DS Music highly.”

“Ordered on a Sunday and delivered by Wednesday using the free delivery option, great service. I even had a telephone call on the Monday morning as I appeared to have opted for a collect in store which seemed odd when they considered my location. The call was in an extremely caring an thoughtful manner. Congratulation to all concerned and my sincere thanks.”

“WE HAVE ALWAYS USED THIS SHOP FOR OUR DAUGHTERS MUSIC REQUIREMENTS AND ALWAYS FOUND THEM SO HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE. WE RECENTLY NEEDED TO PURCHASE SOME MUSIC FOR HER GRADE 8 FLUTE EXAM WHICH WAS OUT OF PRINT AND THEY SEARCHED THE COUNTRY TO FIND IT FOR US AND LOCATED IT IN LONDON. THIS WAS WAY ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS AND WE WERE GRATEFUL FOR THEIR EFFORTS.THANK YOU”
