“Service generally very good.The only reservation is the telephone ordering facility.These days it is hit and miss in the sense that I never know when I shall be greeted with a recorded message saying that I would receive a call back within 48 hours. This should perhaps be qualified by adding the words,'if you are lucky!' When I do get through,the service is first class.Everyone I have spoken to has been great.With a drop of nostalgia I fondly remember phone calls with Rolf on the other end chatting whilst dowsing me and giving me his findings on my health.”
