“cut a long story short had a problem with a £180.00 mattress topper. Couldn't get through to store, phone just says can't take calls and cuts you of. Decided with a heavy heart to try cutomer services and I must say my hat goes of to Anne-Marie, we got cut of but she actualy rang me back, went through the issue which sheconsidered serious, while I was on the phone she sent an e.mail to the manager reading it out to me and giving me the reference no to accompany it asking the manager to contact me urgently. OF course they didn't ring Managed to get through to the store next day but the manageress iwas too busy to talk even though I could hear her talking to the asistant who answered the phone. Was told they never received the e.mail. Now I don't say this lightly It's a LIE
It was sent whilst I was on the phone, was definitly going to ring before the end of the day and you've guessed right no call. I guess we will have to go to the store with the topper and shower the shop with feathers which might be infested, all over the shop. What a shower never again.It might be as well to take it straight to environmental dept. disgusted. Anne-Marie you deserve 6*'s shame your let down by the company.”
