Unfortunately still waiting to hear if the lining fitted is the one I ordered and paid for . I’ve tried phoning several times but can never get through. This is such a pity as until now I’ve found my dealing with Dunelm brilliant and have relayed this to friends. Please restore my faith in your store by getting your telephone service sorted out.

“I went into Salisbury Dunelm today 31 December 20 & went upstairs to buy 4 drinking glasses & a glass decanter, l went downstairs to the pay area & was met with incompetence, first of all a bar code was missing & the lad couldn't find it on his computer he asked me what it was it was obvious it was a glass decanter, he then had to make a phone call to his manager who didn't know, he was rather a clueless person & I asked for bubble wrap as it was glass he was going to charge me £3 for bit of bubble wrap, more than the original purchase. Get a grip Dunelm mill in Salisbury.”
