They installed am orangey in Feb 2021 roof has been leaking since made 100s of calls, been hung up not called back, when they finally took my call they came out saying it was my roof that they attached the orangey to, had a roof come out and they said not a problem with the and it was dunraven fault, they've been out a few times and "mend" roof but still leaking. Even worse after last "fix" .

Shoddy work. Pressure sellers. No one responds when you try to contact them with issues. Was told that no payments would be taken until customer signs off on customer satisfaction form to state they are happy. I still have unsigned form here and money is being taken. Do not fall for the pressure sale. Awful company. Avoid at all costs.

Don't waste your money. Firstly it took them a year before they actually came out and fitted our large window and when they did come it was a sub-contractor who clearly takes zero pride in his work. They have no inspector who comes out to approve the work afterwards. You are forced to pay once the window is installed even if you are not happy with the work and once you've paid then that's it! Our window was installed with damaged handles and no keys. My husband had to call them to chase what was happening because they won't call you. The "work" was completed on the 17 April yet we are still waiting on keys and have been told that the new handles will only be done on the 10 May. Its just excuse after excuse which is commonly that the person is sick. I've called to ask if an inspector should be coming but keep getting told someone will call me back which of course has not happened. Our window was left dirty with smudges all over it as well as little pieces of dry cement which we also found along the sides of the wall and our floors because they don't put anything down on your floors to protect them. They don't sweep or hoover any of the mess and they also don't care for your belongings or property as they uncovered a section of our 4k custom leather couch to put things on. The lining for the windows is shody and clearly done in a rush. The metal bar is clearly visible, their "final" cement work is uneven and done lazily. Jeff Howell also told us that the brick work would match what we currently have but it does not match either. All the finishings are shocking as you will see by the pictures. Don't waste your time and money with a company that doesn't care about their clients. We even told the sales guy, Jeff Howell, that we want all of our windows replaced so you'd think that was incentive enough for them to do a good job but clearly not. The installer did not provide a satisfaction note nor have we received the FENSA certificate.

Dunraven have just built a rear kitchen extension for my daughter in Bridgend. They have done a first class job and I must say it looks terrific here. I myself am a carpenter and the work is faultless. All the lads are really polite and helpful. All completion snags were dealt with very quickly and efficiently and the garden has been left in immaculate condition. It’s also good to see a local company survive the covid pandemic and the associated nightmare with materials, costs and staffing issues we’ve all faced for the past few years. Well done lads and thank you all

They did my parents conservatory and they have water under their flooring from the radiator they put in and the heavy rain falling between their conservatory and their neighbours house has they left a huge gap for water to fall and nowhere to go. They have left my parents with no heating and IF they return it will be 3weeks!!! Im disgusted with them!! My dad has cancer and they have left them with a cold, wet, leaking house!! with the cost of living aswell my mum brought a electric heater and they are pensioners!! Will be taking this further with a solicitor and the press absolute disgrace.DO NOT USE DUNRAVEN!!!!!

We have been trying to get duraven back ,for the last 7 weeks, after having work completed by them,we discovered scratches on every door panel, and the sliding patio doors do not close properly, after phone call, after phone call no body will call us back,to resolve the issues. I warn anyone who is considering having them to do work, that once they have been paid ,they don't want to know you or your problems..Derek sadler, cf144qw.

Awful experience would waste your time with them! Ordered fine then fast forward after waiting 5 months for the build for them to say to me two weeks before building it’s going to be and extra £2700 how they can do this to people is beyond me they had plenty of time prior to discussing it they had some lame excuse that the file wasn’t in there pile and that it was in the managers office which is even worse because you’d think a manager would pick it up! DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Poor finish. Problems from the star. Leaking gutters, scratched frame, wrong specification glass installed, cracked glass etc, etc. Now 3 years later still waiting for completion and electric safety certificates. Wall has started pulling away from main building and regardless of calls, emails and pictures sent no reply. Stay away from these cowboys

Polite and keen staff at the Royal Welsh Show this year so made an appointment for an in person quotation. Phone calls on the morning of 2 of the arranged appointments were made by a representative to postpone the visit giving rather weak excuses. On the 3rd occasion (today) no one showed up and no courtesy call made. Lack of commitment and professionalism from customer services doesn’t give one confidence in the company’s ability to deliver the goods. Looking at other poor reviews I think we have had a lucky escape!

Only left one staff as you can’t leave zero! Sales man did a great job selling the company and their service. They wouldn’t put a spade in the ground with ALL the checks etc being carried out was his exact works! Signed up to an orangery as the cost were reasonable. Dunraven sent in the surveyor and all was good to go. The skip arrived on the day they were due to start work, but the workmen started 4 days later. After a couple of hours they stopped and said they could not continue. Dunraven had made a mistake and then tried to charge me another £10,000 to finish the work. As I wasn’t prepared to pay this they left my garden in a mess, refunded the deposit a couple of weeks later. Yes you have refunded my deposit, but I am still out of pocket with the furniture and flooring I had ordered I have lost deposits for these. You were not interested in this and left my garden in a mess! Your survey should have highlighted the foundation requirements and as per you salesman’s speech. Dunraven knew the developers sites as you work with all of them and know the site. Absolute B/S. It makes me wonder if I was to pay the additional cost what else would have been added on? It was not a case of being in my budget or not!

Dunraven are three weeks into a 3 day job, and I currently have a horrendous unfinished conservatory. Against my wishes and without my consent Dunraven have installed a flue pipe on the conservatory roof that is horrendous, and large, and my neighbours now laugh at me and call my conservatory The Submarine, because it comes with it's own periscope. I have broken glass in my conservatory door, which was broken by the engineer three weeks ago and still hasn't been replaced. The gutter downpipe is missing, and the lead which is supposed to protect my conservatory is facing the sky rather than down towards the roof. Nobody cares, my house has been upside down for three weeks and they just don't care. When I confronted them about the horrendous pipe work they made me feel like I was the one being unreasonable. I left them clear instructions three weeks before the project began that they cannot adjust my flue, they ignored it, and did what they wanted to do. NOBODY AT DUNRAVEN CARES.

Reading the reviews posted, alarm bells should have rang but we proceeded with an enquiry for new windows, creation of bay windows and conservatory with Dunraven. Arranged for a sales rep to visit. Turned up on day as promised but an hour late. Then proceeded to measure the windows from looking at each window and guessing the measurements. Was not interested and left in less than 15 mins. Made us feel uncomfortable in own home. Dunraven persuaded us to rebook. A manager came out this time and all good, measured up and promised us that he personally would oversee the work. A surveyor then arrived a month later to survey the job, said job was not a problem, discussed how bays would be done and went away - all good. We then get a call more than a month after that visit to say they could not proceed as they could not do the bays due to builders despite them reassuring us that they had own in-house builders which is why we chose them. A total waste of our time and effort, 3 months delay. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Very poor company, took my deposit for an orangery, sent in surveyors and told me they would check everything before putting a spade in the ground. Turned up 4 days later than confirmed in their letter with no response to emails. Work started and then they decided it would cost another £10,000. They stopped work and breached the contract. The blocked the drive for over a week with a skip that has damaged the drive. Left a hole in the garden for nearly a week. Now filled but no turf put back so have a complete mess in the garden. I now have no orangery, a mess in the garden and a damaged drive. Also now out of pocket. Avoid at all costs.

Pushy salesman, wouldn't give me a price, questioned whether I was really wanted a new door. His attitude was appalling, he wanted to come in and push for a more expensive sale, I recognised the tactics and the man ; he'd previously tried to sell me a conservatory for £8000 and eventually went down to a £1200 leantoo.... This is not good salesmanship, it's called overselling..... I shall not be recommending this company if anyone asks... Please retrain your agents, I understand that most are commission based but overselling is counter productive.....

I have a lady pensioner friend with a husband with dementia and Parkinson's, the husband answered the door as the rep was a quarter of an hour early. He wasn't wearing a mask and walked in putting the gentleman in danger. Later when the lady turned up the re p was very bullish and made the lady very upset, he started his price at £ 24 ,ooo and eventually came down to 18 ,000 .He was going to make a sale at all costs. Disgusting.

Over a year ago i had a very reasonable quote from dunraven for some patio doors. However when the surveyor attended they decided they could not do the work so the order was cancelled. Whilst this was annoying as wasted my time I accepted this . However, what is not acceptable is repeated sales calls month after month with " special deals ' as an 'existing customer'. Every time I have said do not call again and blocked the number. Another number makes the next call including a range of mobiles. This kind of sales practice is like something from the 1980s and entirely unaccetable. Clearly data protection and Gdpr is something that dunraven view only applies to everyone else.
