“Received my Durovin shower door with a crucial profile missing. Not only did I spend unnecessary time finding a replacement, but they also proposed a £45 courier charge for their oversight. Expected better, but then after reading their numerous bad reviews, I should have done my homework. When you engage with a subpar company, expect suboptimal service.”
“Me and my partner bought two toilet cisterns off ebay and have been told my ebay that they will arrive by 28 February only to be called by some random sales rep from Durovin and be told that due to the fact that I bought not one but two they will have to send it via a specialist courier and it will take 207 working days instead to receive. I told them this is a total non-sense and unlucky for them I myself involved in e-commerce and I am aware that they can just ship this as a consignment of 2of2 so their blunt lies did not work with me. These guys are pathetic, avoid them.
I will now have to wait for them to cancel the order and then another 3-5 working days to receive the money back so I can buy this from someone else. TOTALLY AVOID, they sound on surface like a decent business but apparently they are not.”
