Further to the review below, I used my credit to purchase a mixer, bass amp etc. However, despite me being in the UK, they did not send the UK version of the bass amp. Only with a EU plug. I wrote to them asking if this was a simple mistake and if there was anything else different about the EU to UK version other than the plug. I got no reply at all and then 5 days later a UK plug turned up out of the blue. No information attached or an e-mail reply.... I then had to write to them again as the maximum power on the amplifier was 150 watts and they sent a UK plug with a 13 Amp fuse (which should be no more than 3 amp on this product). This is a potential fire risk so I let them know. Yet again, they do not care and the attention to detail is not good. Better customer service is required from this type of company or they will start losing more potential customers who read reviews!

Poor service,
Purchased Hughes & Kettner FS-2 footswitch which has a faulty cable (too thin) and refusing to replace as states cables are excluded from guarantee, the cable is not a seperate item and is part of the whole product and therefore i cannot replace the cable.
”

I haven't experienced such poor customer service for a long time. No response to emails. Deliberately not collecting a return from depot that I reported as damaged and had to sent back. I had to ask PayPal for help to get my money back. I honestly advise you to stay away from them. You will save yourself a lot of time and unnecessary nerves.

Ordered an item and was given the option of 2 day express delivery at more than double the cost. Selected that but the item still arrived 5 days later ! No response to emails, no telephone service. Rubbish !

No phone service, no response to emails despite ordering some expensive lights - a UK sham company operating out of Germany now. Very much one to avoid, gather they also trade under the name of music store?
