“Purchase a custom order from them, its been 6 months and I haven't received anything besides a tracking number with no delivery date.
Met them at a convention in June, told me to buy a custom saber I had to first purchase a random saber beforehand. Major red flag but I really wanted a certain saber. Apparently that saber I wanted isn't even included in custom options, their presentation was misleading but whatever.
Week after the convention had to contact them myself to talk about the custom saber. Eventually told them I wanted a refund, they kept stringing me along to "solve" my issue. Told me they'll give me what I wanted for my inconvenience. They stop replying since Oct 17 I believe.
I'm posting here to ensure people at least understand what they're getting into. Out of 30 years-ish of life, this is my first negative review. I normally don't say anything.”
“I purchase a buy 2 get one mystery box from Comic Palooza in Houston in May 2024. not only was communication very poor but they lied to me about shipping because after several emails requesting information they never gave me shipping details and my items never showed up. I ended up disputing the transaction. this was after almost 6 weeks of waiting.”
“I purchased a neopixle mystery box back in October 2023 and recieved a basic one instead. This happened IN PERSON. I made note of the error in via email November and was promised a new saber.....its now January 2024. You do the math. Promises of tommorow became next week. “In my OPINION I would tell everyone that is looking to buy a lightsaber: DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DX SABERS.
I made my initial purchase on May 25 of 2023. I was told the saber will be shipped in 7-10 days. I was then informed that the shipping time would be increased by 2 more weeks.
The 2 weeks went by and I did not receive any updates from Dx Sabers. I sent a few e:mails asking for an update to the status of my order and silence has been their reply.
This situation has continued for the past 7 months.
My e:mail requests are rarely answered, their promises or never fulfilled and I have been waiting to receive my refund for 4 months.
I have sent 76 professionally worded e:mails and have received only 12 replies.
Today i discovered that my e:mail capability has been blocked by Dx Sabers. I am no longer able to send an e:mail or reply to any previous e:mails.
In my OPINION Dx Sabers is a dishonest company concerned only with taking your money and leaving their customers out to dry.”
“We ordered a neopixel lightsaber at the end of December. Probably like many others, I used Christmas money and expected a wait.
DX Sabers answered my DMs and emails about my order and boy was it worth the wait. I’m absolutely in love with our Skywalker Legacy and Hope of Leia DX Sabers.
It’s so much brighter and louder than I could have ever anticipated. This is a wonderful company and you should really consider buying from here. Also the customer service is great anytime I had a question they were quick to respond. 10/10 will be buying from here again”
