“I ordered a plastic moulding which formed the handle for the clean water container on my Vax carpet washer. I was not sure if this part was going to be available, and without which the cleaner would be useless. Fortunately you managed to get one within the week. I was a bit shocked at the Â£8+ price tag for a simple moulding worth probably less than a pound, but it was cheaper than a new cleaner! Thank you for your prompt service.”

“I was very happy with the service! I ordered the parts on Monday and received them on Tuesday. The parts were Â£100 cheaper than a reconditioned unit, offered by my local garage and Â£380 cheaper than the original BMW parts - and there is a life-time guarantee!”
