“I made the mistake of paying for registered office address and Directors service address from this company. After the payment, I only received an order acknowledgment, a receipt for my payment, and an acknowledgment that I had created an account on their website.
Signing in to the account on their website provides absolutely no information or instruction, except stating the services I purchased, my details, and the other unwanted services provided by E14 Office.
I wrote to E14 office asking if that was it and what happens next? However, I received no response except for an automated acknowledgment of my message which claimed they would get back to me. They did not.
Eventually I got worried that the whole thing was either a scam, or an amateur and unprofessional outfit, so I wrote to them again, and as my payment had not yet been processed, I asked them to NOT process the payment and to consider any services cancelled. Despite my perfectly reasonable and lawful request, they processed the payment anyway, and still completely failed to respond to a single one of the many messages I had sent them.
When starting the process of purchasing a registered office, or directors service, address, it is standard procedure to follow official anti money laundering processes. None of this has happened, in fact, nothing whatsoever has happened. The whole process is distinctly unprofessional and incorrect.
All these people had to do was to respond and communicate in the way that any normal and legitimate company would have. However, that seems to have been too much to ask.
If you are considering using this alleged company for anything, it may be worth taking my appalling experience into account before you proceed.
If the company would like to honour my request for a cancellation, and immediate refund, then I can reconsider the content of this review.”
