“Excellent communication. Unfortunately when the order was placed the iPhone that I had ordered was not in stock - that wasn't clear when I ordered it. However they sent very regular emails updating me as to the position and it was received about a week after I had originally anticipated.”

“Excellent service. The phone arrived between the hours of 10.15am and 11.15am on the Saturday - 10.20am to be precise. The only down side was that I had to go to the 02 shop to activate the SIM card.”

“Purchase and delivery of new mobile phone went smoothly and stress-free. Courier delivery was efficient as i was kept informed of the progress and was give time slot of the delivery which is very helpful. Lets hope the cash redemption process goes smoothly, at the time of writing this feedback i have not experienced this yet.”

“Hi im pleased by the staff they were helpful when called. But you website need some work. For example when i ordered a phone with console deal there was no indication that the console was going to come after the phone, many companies do the delivery of the console next day but farewell you should at least make you order interface to show that the console is not shipped because i was left with other view when it said order shipped and on the page there was not indication that is only the phone and also it was all the info of the order including console .”
