With respect to the work carried out at my property, the first question I posed to the engineer Francisco was to verify that he knew the system. He confirmed he did, so I allowed him to go ahead with the service. Francisco left the system completely dysfunctional - the sirons were not working after Francisco left, the door contact sensor was working only intermittently, as were the PIRs. The first time I entered the 'armed' property after this 'service', the alarm did not trigger at all! I managed to stay in the property for 3 hours with the alarm supposedly armed and not once did it trigger! Also, during the 'service', I asked Francisco to help me to connect the alarm to the wi-fi. Francisco advised me that the model we have is not wi-fi enabled, which I questioned but he assured me, the module was present in the system as default but the model we have cannot connect to wi-fi. After spending some time reading through the user manuals a couple of days later I was mysteriously able to connect it to the wi-fi myself! I was then able to log through the event logs for the alarm and could see the alarm would regularly have 'supervision loss' issues, which is a sign that the batteries are no longer working on the wireless detection devices (door contact & PIRs). I had just paid Francisco £5 per battery for these to be replaced, so there should not be an issue with them for at least another 12 months now! Francisco however installed dirty second hand batteries from a dirty spare parts bag, and charged me considerably more than the retail price for new! I can write this review no that the system is all functioning correctly following replacement of batteries for new. I also realised that Francisco had deactivated the siron, so this has now been reinstated and working correctly again. I have phoned Eagle to let them know of my complaint and requested a refund for the service that was not carried out with reasonable skill. I was advised to email them. I did this on 19th Dec, no response. I then followed up again by letter posted to them dated 17th Jan, and again have had no response. I have emailed yet again 31st Jan - no response! Please do not use this company. They charged us a lot of money and only created problems with our alarm system which we have had to spend time and further expense on rectifying, and have not refunded us or responded to our complaint to date. Really disappointed with their lack of response to our complaint, and hope that this review will at least avoid others from being in the same situation.

Brahima Konare the Director is a big scammer. They took 20k from me and never contacted back???? Don’t engage with them!!!!

Eagle Security Solutions Ltd has neither any business dealing with you, past or present nor has any director named Brahima Konare. I hope that you are aware that you have committed a criminal act by making such a public statement which is very damaging and defamatory to our company. Being a small business myself I went out of my way to look for a reputable local business to support with my custom. Initially David and Francesco were falling over themselves to be helpful in getting my intercom system in place in the short lead time that I gave them. I had to block my work diary and therefore lose money on at least four occasions to accommodate the many visits whilst they sorted out missing and non-functioning parts. I often had to chase them to let me know when they were returning. Eventually fitting a system that I had not agreed to and that did not work. I literally had to leave my patients on the couch whilst I left the room to answer the front door, the complete thing that I was paying money to avoid with the door entry system in the first place, whilst they attempted to convince me that the system was in fact working. It took almost three months for them to replace with the originally agreed system. I had to leave Francesco alone on the last fitting as I could not block my diary yet again as I already had patients booked in for treatment. When I returned the system was working, but I returned to complete shoddy work and lazy installation of one of the monitors. Instead of using the already embedded wiring and trunking that we had agreed to and that I payed my builder to make good, I have been left with badly tacked wiring damaging my new plastered walls, ignoring the existing trunking leaving wires hanging off the skirting into a makeshift join which is plugged into my extension lead. This was carried out without any explanation or agreement. Furthermore, I have been I haven’t been left with any instructions on how to use the system. I often say that a business shouldn’t be judged by the mistakes it makes but rather the way that the mistake is rectified. I have given Eagle Security systems enough time to put this right or at least an explanation. So far, my text to Francesco and my email to David has been ignored since I asked for an explanation as to why they have left things the way they have. I don’t like using social media as a weapon but I have been left with no redress as I paid their invoice in good time before I realised the system was faulty. I was going to use them for an alarm system but have now gone elsewhere as I don’t trust them to carry out the work in good time and efficiency. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Bad experience.

An exceptionally frustrating company to deal with. David will only respond to emails after the 5th/6th/7th time of chasing them. A phone call means being shouted at down the phone.
