“Food was amazing, jumbo fish and chips, one with gravy, one with peas. However I ordered just before 16.30pm and received it at 18.00pm, if I knew we’d have to wait an hour and a half I would have picked it up, 10 mins there, 10 mins back, could have saved £4 and the long wait. Would have been 5 stars apart from the delivery time, no scraps either which I asked for. Apparently when it says delivery on its way you don’t control your own app. I got a text to say on its way over an an hour after order, rang and was told this. !”
“Fish nd chips special with peas nice hot crispy batter fish cake cold hard over cooked ordered gravy not in bag rang up said was not on order i went threw order with person payed over £17 was told its cheaper 2 get jumbo special than med special so did it weve ad food from here quite few times bin good not this time was not happy with it next time if we buy foof from there ile do pick up not delivery after thinking bout the price seems deer £17”
“Ordering on the phone is a disaster, staff don't seem competent to take simple instructions of card details, or the postcode, which was repeated I don't know how many times, waiting time on delivery,if you receive it, is more than an hour..few months ago my order was delivered somewhere else, my experience with them hasn't been good if Im honest although food is ok.
Wouldn't recommend.”

Don't you have cover this is the second time you have let me down last time delivery turned up late fish over done ordered peas they were missing some one phoned to say we will make it right I got a can of pop free well not free I had already paid for peas I didn't get”

One point would like to have Plaice available as a choice and also when ordering on line to have the choice to pay cash on the door (delivery).
