Avoid this company… it’s been nearly one year 11/5/2021 since I paid them for HGV course still no licence… completely ripped off… when I spoke to Sam he says it will be 6-8 weeks after u get your provisional license… joke…. Don’t waste the time with them. They will call you every 10 min to push u to sign and pay after you can’t contact them at all not answering… emails? About a week to get back. Twice more expensive than school as hgv is a broker!!! Stay away from this company.

These people are not trainers - they are a employment agency. Use a proper school - its cheaper and you will get better service. If you have any problems (dont pass a test on time or any other issue) then you will reget using these people. Use a proper trainer - its cheaper and will be better for you in the long run. I tried this way - and would wholly say to avoid.

WARNING! Please please don’t give this company your hard earned money. They took from me almost £4000 and only gave me back just over £500 as i decided not to carry on with the course due to there lack of communication skills sending me on wrong courses and the problems I had going on in my personal life. You can never speak to any body on the phone you have to either leave a messages or communication is done by email.Yes it was my decision to not carry on with these people but these skills on customer handling is absolutely a joke. You have been warned do NOT invest Unless you want to be robbed like me!

Signed up in September 2021 and was told that I could have my license in as little as 4-6 weeks if I wanted to by a proper salesman who pesters you until you sign up and then disappears when they’ve got your money (and probably commission). I had to chase to get my theory, hazard perception and CPC dates booked, passed them and have been waiting over 8 weeks to be offered any dates at all for my training and test. Nobody has given me a courtesy call to let me know what’s going on and when you email, you get a cold response stating no dates are available.

On 21/06/21 I paid £2997 for back to back courses for class 2 and class 1 licence. On the date of my purchase Jake Hall assured me I would fast tracked to get in immediately as the need for HGV drivers in the UK was large. I was then booked in 16/08/21 for my course. Unfortunately I contracted COVID meaning I was unavailable to attend I sent over evidence of which to your office. At this point I had got frustrated in the manner in which I was spoken too and the miscommunication with in your office. So I asked for a refund to which I was told your would deduct a large amount from my original payment of £2997. I explained that no communication had been made with me regarding the deductions but still I did not appreciate the manner I was spoken too. This then left me with no other choice but to review your company online negatively. I was called immediately and asked to take this down as apparently it was not the same reflection on your company and I would be immediately put through for my course. That was in August. I have since repeatedly rang and keep getting told it is with the booking company and somebody would contact me. Nobody contacts me this is not a small amount of money and have on many occasions been failed by yourselves. I have since made a complaint today and immediately got a date sent through how very convenient. They also then stated they would only refund me £ 264.80. Complete CON stay well clear!!

The worst company! Very very poor service, kept my money paid 1699£ for C+E catering promising they will sort everything out for me. Made me go for the course went on an empty parking without anyone showing there. On the phone they blamed me that it’s my fault not changing my license from foreign one even if they said when I paid that this would not be a problem. Waste my money and made me stay home for 4 days without even trying to sort out my license and being offer another dates or any compensation. Never ever had these poor service in my life. Unprofessional and useful staff and manager. Guys never waste your money and time with this “company “. I beg you. They made me feel worse when telling me they could not proof who is right just offered refund in 14 days want to keep my money even longer. Because of this there will be a further action and I will bring them to the court.

I paid in full for my training in september, at the beggining the communication was good and my thheory was booked in a decent amount of time but now it's already been a month since i passed my theory and still not have my training booked. Couldn't reach them on the phone and the replies in the email are very evasive, i asked them to tell me how i can get a refund and they just give me the general information and not even giving me a quote over the amount i am entitled to and keep saying they will provide me a training date soon every time i ask about it but never get back to me. Worst choice i have made to start with them, i would never recommend this company.

Took my money and did not deliver on service or promises made to me on initial conversation. Constant delays and false dawns. I was promised they would be with me every step of the way when in fact there were ignored emails and unreturned phone calls. When I requested to cancel because of these issues I was told there was a 70% cancellation fee. Basically took £2000 and did almost nothing for it! Great business model. Offer a supreme service, fail to deliver it, customer cancels, keep their money for doing a rubbish job.

Was promised before i paid that the whole process takes 6-8 weeks to get license.i have now passed my theory and now they have told me i have to wait 6 months for driving test ! have asked for refund but they are ignoring my emails after saying they can only give me back £300 !! do not use !!

I had to threaten to sue them to get a refund after they cancelled my training. They want to take your money upfront and hang onto it for over a year until the pandemic goes away. Terrible customer service. Useless bookings team. Awful communications. Poor management. Getting info and help was a nightmare.

They're acting as a broker, therefore not responsible for quality of teaching. "Near me" school located 25 miles away and 7 am starts, would not compromise on later starts. Unfortunately I purchased back to back class 2 and class 1. Went for class 2 and had different "teachers" (different driving styles) each day. Vehicle's windscreen washed down with bottled water (windscreen wash reservoir empty) before driving exam!! Refund for unused services declined! AVOID LIKE PLAQUE. Go to local school with verified reviews instead!!!

I passed my tests, but not because of the school... This was a bad experience for me,( I can compare it with class 2 tests, that was professional!!!!) On the first day waited 30mins for the instructor in front of the "school", on the second day I had to drive to a completely different area for 1.5 hours one way(Harlow) and I had been told I have 1 hour of practice only... Third day again different place we meet at the test center quick test and bye. On the fourth day, 3 hours of driving and we agreed that we meet 1 hour before the test to practice. I didn't get a call, the instructor showed up at the test center and said wait here have to fill up the tank so no practice...Also, it was a different lorry from what I drove before, with warning lights on. So overall I feel betrayed I paid lots of money and it was far from professional, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. (professional schools have the same rendezvous point always and the students drive to the practice places, showed up on time, the instructor analysis of their driving all the time, etc) I'm sorry for the current and future students, don't sign any blank timesheets during the traffic!!!

I I was waiting for training date around 4 months not knowing when its going to be. I had 3 different instructors in 8 days, trainer was late 3 times at least 15 min each . In the last day I supposed to have a on road test , which did not happened because of driving school and broker does not communicate so well . Do not recommend this company .

Book the tests with this company for cat C and C+E and paid 3.5k. After two fails with cat C i wanted the refund for C+E as I understand the costs and the money for cat C go to my training. They will say anything just to get your money... To my surprise there is no refund from this company is 100% charge. Do not book with them, scum... You will go better with just normal school near you... If any1 is interested any evidence of it I have recordings 07856449818

When the Boss is away, the trainers do play!! Lack of enthusiasm, trainers didn’t care, showed no respect for your time at all. A waste of money. Research before you pay.

I paid 2400 pounds never did any part of the course and after a year was told I only had a year to complete the course . An absolute joke that I haven't been refunded a penny and never did any part of the course . If I'm not refunded I will be taking it to court .

Not a training provider in the slightest, they are a company who will book you to the training providers you need, they do not do any training at all. Example, if I needed a retest for my cat 1 licence they would charge £300+ the company who was training me would charge £150. One person I spoke to from this company even told me they they are a recruitment agency, Oh also told me I needed to do 2 day's of cpc, at an extra cost obviously, didn't need that as the initial cpc covers me for 5 years, can I get my money back hell no Stay the hell away from this scam,

aggressive company that cares only for there gain. Booked with them and was not given a break with constant calling and pressure, agreed with them to pay as I train with a deposit of £500, due to covid restrictions and hiccups I couldn't continue with the training,they refused to refund rather took £440 as there cost after my cancellation without any transaction, please avoid. Not an honest firm. A cowboy company, read reviews on them with 80percnt negative feedback. Avoid.

Scam artists. Refusing to issue a refund for my retest despite me waiting for over 6 months. All I need is a refund until the timing is more convenient. All they want to do is quote terms and conditions and keep my money despite them having incurred no costs. Utter disgrace

I have had to cancel due to unseen circumstances. Was deducted £200 overnight for services I did not use. It is in their Terms & Conditions. I feel I was forced to accept these at the start by replying to an email. I have not used any of the online material or any other service. Please be very certain before committing yourself to this company & definitely read the terms and conditions beforehand. Feel very bad to have lost £200 for free.
