Avoid! Shocking company! They owe me over £1,000 for sending me the wrong bathroom tiles. They do not answer their phones at customer service! This has been going on for over two weeks now! Do not order from this company! Save yourself the grief and your money!

Very disappointed. Was promised nearly 2 weeks ago that a delivery would happen today. It didn't arrive and I had to ring the store only to be told I wouldn't have it. I took a day off work, lost out on pay and had to pay a fitter for a day, for nothing. No communication from the store and no help from customer service

Nice showroom with pleasant staff, but once you have paid for your order the pleasantness stops. Numerous problems with deliveries, wrong and damaged items sent, which they refuse to replace. The worst Customer Service we have ever had, they ignore phone calls and emails, and that was after spending over £8k. Go elsewhere, there are many alternative bathroom companies.
