“The plates are great and good quality. But it took longer than expected. The only feedback I have that the sticky pads are not good. They are of cheap quality. It would be good if they use better quality sticky pads Else the service and product as such was good and I was kept informed of the delay”

Hi Tony Thanks for your review. First of all - I'm really glad that you love your new 4D plates! Your order was placed on Thursday 28th January and you selected Royal Mail Special Delivery meaning your new shiny number plates should have been with you on Friday 29th January. I can see from the Royal Mail tracking information that the parcel was with Royal Mail on 28th January at 6.45PM (in time for delivery the following day) and unfortunately they failed to deliver the following day due to delays in your local area relating to Covid 19. They did, however, attempt to deliver on Saturday at 10:20 however you wasn't in to accept the parcel meaning that the plates had to be redelivered on the Tuesday when you was available. Once again, I can only offer you an apology on behalf of Royal Mail due to the local delay in service. Thanks again for your order! Best wishes, The Easy-Plates.com Team
