“I had an extremely disappointing experience with Easygift Trading Ltd.
My order was marked as delivered, yet I never received the item. When I raised the issue, the seller failed to provide acceptable proof of delivery. No clear photograph of the parcel being handed over, no evidence of it being placed inside the property, and no proper documentation confirming receipt.
Instead of conducting a thorough investigation, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. The matter was not handled with the level of care or accountability you would expect when a customer reports a missing parcel.
The situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time, and I ultimately am still pursuing a refund due to the lack of confidence in both the seller and their courier.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this seller”
“Horrible company that uses more than one name, also sell through amazon, send damaged items then refuse to help. They expect you to return item and your expense and tell you they won't refund for it either. I've since discovered that the return address can't be used by dpd etc as it won't come up on their system anymore as the building is out for lease. Im still waiting to get a refund.”
