“ DO NOT order from.this company. Placed an order late june for delivery 10th july. Parcel.not receive so l rang to cancel the order mid july and was told l needed to do this on line. At least 6 emails later Hermes tried to deliver the goods on 2nd october. If you try to speak to customer services, they put you through to complaints who then cut you off. This happened 3 times to me. Have sent a complaint to trading standards ”
