WHY are they not answering thier so called support line(AN dont blame cov19).they sent me 2 items. I only wanted one, I bet they,ve charged me for the other that was sent ona different day! Which was given back straight away to delivery driver, there an then..?

Where is my money 79.98 2 zero gravity chairs collected by Hermes at my home address 13th August 2 e-mails sent to you no reply these problems need addressing by yourselves as I am a pensioner and cant afford to not have this money returned as I paid originally by cheque in May and have had no end of bother with this order.
