Apart from the quality of the products being of a very low standard at a very high price the returns policy is Byzantine.

They took £5 off me over the phone and said they would mail me a returns slip/label (I don't have a printer).

received a parcel that had been opened up and re- cellertaped. I wasnt accepting this. I was on to customer services for 53 minutes, I asked the customer service to arrange a free returns label. I was nice with her, concidering her attitude i bet the collection does not happen on the date she gave me and i will have to make another call. I would not buy from easylifegroup again. They wont even compensate for the call. My loss.

I tried to cancel the order but the form that comes up is obviously for returns, I filled it in anyway but had to enter a date when the goods arrived so I put Christmas day, again absolutely no response.

Bought hedge that was advertised as very light. As have arthritis in wrists, not suitable. Trying to return it is a nightmare. When phoning returns always told after a long spiel that you are 100 plus in queue. Have emailed but they do not reply.Have sent letter which they replied to asking if i had a printer. Replied straight away but have been ignored. They do not know the meaning of Customer Service.

I rang on Mum’s behalf (she is 88) and the ‘friendly team’, Andy, in returns stated that he could not be sure my Mum had really wanted the 100 ft, it was clear that the product number was for a 50 ft, and could not verify the conversation she had with the customer service person concerning the hose.
