“It all started when I had an issue with my head gasket and I just wasn’t confident in the repair cost vs my value in the car as it was due for a change anyway, having owned it for a number of years. I wasn’t sure where to go so tried a couple of services I found online and in this case I was coming in cold. They were fantastic guys to deal with, great and quick communication from day 1. Monday, chose a collection day and was given a time slot of 12-4pm. Got an email confirming this. If it’s a prestige vehicle you need a V5 but not necessary otherwise although you do need ID (read the terms). Driver text me when he was close by and then photographed my ID when he arrived. And that was it. I received no paperwork from him. Payments are made at the end of the day and I received mine promptly. Job done!
