I received rotten food from Applebees and EatStreet could not do anything about it so they said. Applebees said only EatStreet can refund or redeliver. Apparently not. $63 for a quesadillas burger and salad and it’s rotten. Unbelievable. I would give zero stars if I could. I deleted my account with them.

Unit numbers don't show up on their end even when on my end it is clearly there. Then they won't refund without getting a refund from the store, even though it's their issue and not the store's.

Once again, EatStreet got our order wrong. Usually, they miss an item or two. Tonight, they gave us someone else's order. What was EatStreet's fix? A refund for 1/2 of the price of the purchase. I will NOT be using EatStreet again.

You pay for food. They screw up ordering it (left food out of order) and then offer to refund you 70% of what you just paid for. Should be a crime. Absolute garbage
