“I've had difficulties with EAZE, the cannabis dispensary online; though I've been a reliable customer there, having purchased products 8 or 9 times with cash on delivery. A few days back I tried to order, but did not have cash, so attempted to use my Chase debit card. The password somehow did not work, so I went to an ATM, withdrew cash and attempted to purchase the products I wanted. I was shut out, could not even see my cart. When I asked for help EAZE put me in touch with someone amateurish who wanted me to do several perilous things online which included erasing files and so on. Later, I looked to see who this "helper" was: a young woman who looked 18 and claimed that her hobbies were bingeing on TV shows.
EAZE has a corporate look about them but they respond like amateurs. I definitely would not recommend them.”
