The owner clearly sees nothing wrong with that: "There are still a few months left." (...) "it is impossible to expect any company to give you something that is at the beginning of its shelf life." They blocked me from writing reviews on Facebook, so here I am. Seems they take preemptive steps to block unhappy customers from voicing their opinions.”
You have made it your goal to stalk me and leave bad reviews. I have taken advice from the manufacturer and they have advised me to tell you that as I am supplying something that is within date there is no problem with the product I sent to you. Unfortunately, from time to time you can come across a customer that you just cannot make happy unless you give them a refund. The fragrances bought were 3 x 10ml bottles. In other words, sampler bottles with a lifespan of 5 months. Even using a fragrance with the lowest %, you would still need to use 13ml in a 1Kg mix which means it will be used up very quickly. So, in this case it was decided that a refund would not be the correct course of action. I have never 'taken preemptive steps to block' anyone, only you, because your intentions were obvious and you were extremely rude and I will not tolerate rudeness like that. After checking your reviews it seems you make a habit of leaving only bad ones. I have many, many returning customers who are extremely happy with the service and products that EazyColours supply and very few that are not. We will continue to supply fab products give great service to our my customers :)
