Do not order from this company. they false advertise. When I ordered my wig is said same day delivery. Then I get to check out it stated it will be delivered Aug 30th. When I finally get my tracking, it tells me it will be delivered Sep 2nd. All I was told was all delivery times are not guaranteed. I will not be purchasing anything from here again

I wish they had zero stars...Where do I start. First I order 4 wigs I paid for the rush delivery. Received my order 2 weeks later. I message them several times finally after several days they message me back. One of the wigs weren't in stock. Just a horrible mess. DO NOT do business with these people. You will be very disappointed. Only positive was they did reimburse me for the wig and the rush delivery charge. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I kept emailing them to see what the hold up was with my refund…and that the items have been returned and I have confirmation of delivery via usps! These ppl kept saying that they would look into it.

Buyer Beware and shop somewhere else I ordered 5 wigs and never received them I showed them that the package was not delivered to me I advised EL that the proof of delivery proved that it wasn't delivered to my address they advised me to contact FedEx to request trace 4(x)s after speaking with FE sup I was told only the shipper (EL) could request a trace and all EL had to do was request that trace which they wouldn't do I'm a cancer survivor who's hair didn't grow back after chemo and I tell all my fellow survivors and all our supporters to never use EL

FEDEX also stated that, Ebonyline would have to contact a certain department for the information and open up an investigation, but in all honestly the proof of delivery itself should be enough because the package wasn’t stolen or lost but delivered to a different address not listed via the delivery driver and the open complaint, I have on him.

Only giving 1 star because I have to for this pathetic excuse of a company! I never received my package! Fedex delivered my package to God knows where and told me that I need to reach out to the shipper. After having the misfortune to speak to some rude moron named "Dae" I was told that there was nothing that they can do since I didn't pay for an "upgrade" to signature delivery, she didn't even bother to attempt to start an investigation or open a claim as Fed ex suggested would happen! So I guess I am expected to be out of nearly $200 dollars and no products?? DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I ask for the address to return them , they gave me the address and was told that I had 7 days from the delivery date to return them otherwise I would not get a refund, then I was told
