They need to be investigated! They don't even deserve 1 star. I spent $59 on 2 wigs. I was later informed by email that one the items was not available and I had 3 days to chose an alternative product and inform them. They did not even have the decency to discuss refund option.
I immediately replied to their email (within hours) stating that I was not interested in alternative options. I wanted exactly what I paid for or nothing at all but my money back. They ignored my email and chaser. I had to jump on the chat on the website to discuss my order with someone. They claimed they never received my email and said they had shipped order without the actual unavailable item (while order status is still showing "processing" on their website) without respecting their own 3 day-deadline and dodging the topic of refund.
In the end, I paid for an unavailable product listed as available on the website and won't get my money back. Besides I have no guarantee I will receive the other item.
Unprofessional, rude, careless, unethical, a disgrace of a "company" (especially that Dae I was in touch with on the chat).
