“My vape things didn't' arrive from this company. They weren't even posted. After several emails which were not replied to, I had to open a refund case with PayPal to get my money back.”

“unreasonable and rude conduct. Your review Ordered a dotsquank at £102.99. It arrived on the Friday and saturday morning the screen died and could not read the menu, 8 emails 3 messages and a return request later, still no reply and this from a company that guarantees refunds and exchanges? Hmm. What a joke. The phone number does not connect. Not impressed at all, this is the biggest, longest, drawn out experience with a vendor via internet shopping to date and I would advise anybody thinking of using this company to think again. These scumbags are the bad Apple in the barrel of good. Their true address is Vape solution. room 308. 928 Mingzhu Road. Qingpu. SHANGHAI. 201799 CN. SHANGHAI. Not UK based, such as the address given on their web page.They are shady,, grubby people, renting a room from an office building, selling cloned and copied versions of origonal products ,as genuine items, pretending to be a UK outlet? You would do well to give this site a wide birth, even better, pass by and ignore it altogather. It's not an honourable company and nothing on the website listing about itself is true..”

“Total scammers. Items don't come and when asked where item is you get ignored and when you ask for a refund you get ignored 3 month we have been waiting for either goods or a refund. Stay clear of these people as it's not a warehouse they don't stock goods they order goods from China. I found this out after digging around.”
