“I've orderes a new kit in january and it arrived broken in february and since then I try to obtain my money back or a new product replacement. Customer services are awfull, they don't want to send me the information to return the broken item that they've sented to me, they lie about replacement for about 2 weeks now.I will not recomand this awfull online site to anybody. You are paying for 3-6 days delivery and you will receive your item after 1 month.”

“Same as all others scam. Open a dispute with PayPal within 3 minutes my money was refunded. They gave me a tracking number that showed delivered before my order date. What asses”

I placed an order on 22 September, received a tracking number but never received my item even though Royal Mail said it had been delivered. when I queried this, Royal Mail told me the delivery address was different to my address. my claim through PayPal was denied as Ecigwarehouse provided a tracking number”

“I placed an order on the 26th October, 2020. There were no other option, of course, than payment in advance via PayPal. I got one e-mail confirming that the tranzaction was succesful and the order is registered. After that, nothing has happened. No e-mail, no notification, the status of the order hasn't changed. I wanted to contact the customer service, but on the website there is NO DIRECT E-MAIL address to the company... I wrote them on FB Messenger. Following that, on 2nd November they changed the status to "shipped" but no tracking number has been assigned to the order... In lack of any other option, I wrote another messenger letter to them to which they never replied. After a couple of days I sent it again, then again, then again, but nothing. Surely, I never received my item, they never got back to me and the status of the order never changed either... Please, never order form them..”

“Crooks simple as that, ordered and paid for a mod 5 weeks ago and have emailed them numerous times asking for a full refund but totally ignored, these scumbags have exactly the same address as DJ vapes and if you look on Google maps you'll see a rundown house, too late now but I've read lots of reviews about both these companies and all are the same as me been robbed, just aswell they aren't in this country or they'd be getting a visit, be warned stay well away from these scammers.”

“Please read all reviews. This is the worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered 3 items on 25/04/20 had to contact them after 1 week because items had not been dispatched, suddenly items showed as sent. 2 weeks later recieved 1 item, messaged regarding other items (phone number is false) they said they would send and update tracking, 1 week later nothing then started to ignore messages. I opened a paypal case to which they sent the original tracking number to basicaly say I was lying and I had received all items even though they had told me they would send the other items with new tracking. Fortunately paypal saw through his lies and after nearly 6 weeks have decided in my favour and issued refund. As previously stated please read all reviews I wish I had, this is so common with this company who claim to be in the UK shipping from a UK warehouse. Avoid at all costs.”

“Terrible, first order took a week to ship and then another week to arrive. Had to order sam item again because I needed an extra for it to work, shipped next day they said but no tracking and no item yet. Awful company.”

“what a bunch of scammers take payment on 3/10/19 on the website take days to reply to messages emails if they even bother to reply shipped on the 9/10/19 and 10 days later still no delivery don't waste your money buy from someone else now claiming money back through PayPal”

“Come on guys, be honest and admit that your not based in the UK but in fact based in China! I ordered myself a new Mod expecting it to arrive in a couple of days from within the UK. But no, it was shipped from China. If I wanted to buy this mod from China I would have used AliExpress as it was half the price on there. Complaining to a guy Alex/Alec? was a waste of time and I got no response. I do not recommend this company nor shall I be using them again.”

“Avoid The worst store ever purchase from Delay more then two weeks and charge me extra for fast shipping No real communication I try calling ,email, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram all fake no response Also i report this fake store to PayPal to refund. I think it's not in UK maybe in China or Brazil”
