“ Bought an Electric Weed Cleaner, actually via Home Shopping but with similar poor delivery to other reviewers. There is a wire brush but I used the nylon brush which is quickly wearing away. Eckman customer service did answer my email but only to tell me that replacement brushes are not available. It would appear that once this brush is fully worn the weeder becomes only fit for scrap. An expensive mistake on my part. ”

“ Do not buy from this company, sold me a leaf collector on next day delivery, when delivery didn't turn up I rang them and they advised they don't have it in stock. Asked for refund, told me they cannot confirm it in writing on an Email!!! So now just have to wait and see ”
