Eclectic Gallery asked Flow20 to build a website and during the course of the project changed their minds several times and repeatedly asked for new features and functionalities but refused to pay for it even though list of website features and spec was clearly agreed to, in writing. Project took much more time than normal in large part due to their non-responsiveness and then expressing dissatisfaction about the length of time it has taken.
And, now refusing to pay the money they owe which was agreed to clearly in writing.”
