“I paid Ecomsaint $1,500 to open and manage a Walmart store. They were unable to open the store, and when I requested a refund, I was told it would take 20 business days. It has now been over 90 days, and I still have not received my money. I’ve only gotten repeated excuses like “we’re working on it” or delays due to being out of the country. They also list an Austin, TX business address, but when I contacted the building, the operator said they had never heard of Ecomsaint and that the suite number belongs to a different company. Based on my experience, this company does not deliver services or honor refunds. Proceed with extreme caution.”
