“Ordered 12 piece Denby Linen dinner set @ £86.00, the packaging was wholly inadequate (no bubble wrap just flimsy plastic sheets separating items and some pieces had no packaging at all to cover them in transit) as a result every piece arrived broken in pieces. Absolute disgrace!”
