Worst company I've used the service is terrible 3 faulty mechatronic units, they say there fully refurbished but they are not at all my units just turned up looking second hand they just replace the parts that are broken and send them out saying there fully refurbed, the same mechatronics faulted 3 times over 2 years this time 3 weeks they have had it to now ring back and say it cant be repaired. honestly utterly terrible. don't waste your time

very shoddy workmanship and some very dodgy reviews most of which seem to mention a lot of names like they are friends or something makes you think

Ref: 1563440648103 had an issue with my 2008 1.6 life Zaifra and had many parts changed but no avail I was informed that the ECU was most likely faulty. I sent to the company for testing but they came back and said no faults were found. I duly paid the relevant test fee for this service. Unsurprisingly the issues still were there after placing ecu back into the car and it got worse. Subsequently car broke down and it took 9 hours to get back home and car in garage. The garage informed me that they were still quite sure fault lay with the ECU. Having already spent quite a lot of £ and time and changing various items (throttle body, EGR, Coil pack, coolant thermostat, cam cover).. I thought I would give it 1 more go and so I bought a second-hand ECU off eBay which had been reset and pin code provided. This was £45. I then got a guy to come down with TECH 2 equipment to clone the ECU for £80. And guess what.. all running fine now and my only consolation is that had ECU testing stated the ECU was faulty and approved for them to proceed with repair; it would probably have cost me more to get replacement ECU and to get it cloned with them. I have seen the many great reviews for this company but I can only state my experience. Cannot understand why even after ringing them on 2 occasions after getting ecu back; they stated there was no fault on the ECU; there clearly was. Anyway car running fine now and nightmare over
