“I ordered some balloons for a diamond wedding anniversary but when they arrived one had a hole in it so obviously unusable and they did not have the writing as advertised and only said Happy 60th so did not even look like diamond anniversary balloons. Tried ringing but answer machine message saying they could not take calls at present. Very poor customer service so I definitely would not recommend ordering from this company. I certainly wouldn’t use them again.”
“I never received my order and Siobham at Ed’s Party Pieces advised she would send a replacement order which also never arrived!! I’ve requested a refund but to date received no response. Very poor customer service.”
