When I reported the issue to Edecks they refunded only the unopened bales (as if it were my issue for not spotting the woodworm before opening the bale).

They have refused to refund the money for the missing screws stating you have 48 hours to tell them of errors.

Demanded a refund for the additional cost of the specific day delivery and found out from my phone company that I had been charged on a premium number for calling their number to get their mess sorted.

I ordered 2 fench panels 5x6 but it went through as 6x5 which was no good trying to send them back which was very hard as there refund system is very hard and i have to pay %20 wont b useing these again and i wont b recommended them either

Dreadful. I live in a flat on a busy street. Without informing me, they delivered my terrace fencing by leaving it on the street and claiming that is ok due to COVID curb side delivery policy. Needless to say, someone stole the fencing. Edecks were not in the least bit sympathetic when I called and told me I would not get a refund or replacement. DO NOT USE.

Then when I asked for a refund as my mum had purchased me some alternative from b&q they asked me to sign a form for an investigation, a crime reference number had to be logged and given in, I had to wait for their driver to return which they agreed they could not find any sign of any decking and after all of the above happening and making me wait 6 weeks they then asked me for proof or purchase from b&q.

Avoid avoid avoid!! Brought 23 Indian sandstone slabs from them costing £400 only for 15 to be ok the remaining were badly stained and damaged, spoke to the manager and she tried telling me this was normal and it’s natural coloring il let you decide, 2 weeks later and I still have the faulty slabs sitting on my drive no collection date and no refund absolute joke of a company

Only half the order arrived and was damaged. A week later the rest of the order arrived, a delivery driver collected all order and now company doing all the can to prevent a full refund. Appaulling customer service, no one answers the phone, delievery drivers damage you products and you pay the price..

I was quoted way more by a handyman and then the customer service was bad in giving options or even day for the collection to be carried out if I was to pick for collection and refund.
