“I reached out to EdelKraft support for an update on my order after noticing that shipping was taking a while. They responded right away and explained that this was their first time shipping to Australia, and they were sorting out some delivery issues with their carrier. Georg was incredibly helpful throughout the process and kept me informed. In the end, they resolved the issue, and I received my wall bars without any problems. Installation was quick and easy, and you can really tell they’re made from premium materials. It's solid, beautifully crafted, and built to last. I absolutely love them! Thanks again to Georg and the team for the excellent service.”
