Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
