I am once again contacting you regarding the return request for order E-PT25-4507455.
I have filled out your return form several times since 17/10 and sent multiple emails, yet I still haven’t received the return label or any reply.
Today is 04/11, and I find it completely unacceptable that after more than two weeks there has been no response or support from your side.
I have already submitted a formal complaint through the “Portal da Queixa” due to this lack of communication.
Please send me the return label and instructions within 48 hours.
If I still receive no reply, I will move forward with a complaint on the European Consumer Centre and a dispute with the payment provider for lack of service and communication.
