“In July for my Birthday I received a copy of the NLT Compact Giant Print Bible, Filament Enabled (LeatherLike, Navy Blue Cross, Red Letter). I was very pleased with this gift and so purchased an identical one for my Wife for Christmas. Unfortunately, a week later our daily reading was from the Old Testament and we discovered that the gilt edging had been overdone and pages were firmly "glued" together with the gilt. Eden denied that this was a problem and insist it is merely "the breaking in stage", despite me pointing out that these pages could not be separated and that this "page sticking" is a very different to that which occured on my Bible received in July. On this Bible the degree of page to page adhesion means the pages cannot not be separated without damage. I was shocked to find a Christian retailer so unwilling to respond proactively to a fault report. I cannot recommend purchasing from Eden. I was going to purchase copies of Singing the Faith for the Church from them, which would have cost close to £2,000 but I will now order those from a business that understands the importance of customer care when things go wrong.”
“I ordered a lovely Bible but hadn't realised that it was not the version I wanted. Eden allowed me to exchange it for the version I wanted without any fuss. They were understanding, extremely efficient and prompt in their emails and ensured that the Bible I wanted arrived the day after they received the one I had returned. I am equally happy with the Bible I now have. I cannot recommend Eden highly enough.”

Terrible company to do business with. Ordered a bible and called the next day to check the status of order. Was told would be dispatched that day. Called day after abs still no email and told it was out of stock.
Then to add insult to injury was told refund would take 7 - 10 days. They were so fast at taking my money, it not so fast at returning! Shocking service.
I would never recommend this company and will defiantly not use ever again. Please read this review and be warned!”
