“Received a tee shirt with small hole to front and contacted this company via their website form. Completely ignored by them- very bad customer service.”

“Sadly, poor customer service. Ordered 7 t shirts and only 1 arrived. No calls, no emails, no notifications - i'm just expected to guess what happened to the other 6 t shirts!”

“I used to love edge of the world t shirts always fitted well and great quality but I feel this has greatly changed and not for the better. Material is very thin and would not survive more than a couple of washed☹️”

“Price on item not accepted at till although several of the same items showed this price. Shop assistant at Kirby Lonsdale store unapologetic and said price on till was the right one.”

“I find that there is no allowance for free returns due to the fact that you sent me a wide fitting and not a standard fitting quite annoying considering that you didn't have any other stock to exchange with. Therefore i have to pay the return postage which came to £5.50 I await your reply. Thank you David Pirie.”
