“I began using Edhelper in the 1990’s when Russell Frey first introduced it. I followed instructions to stop subscription in 2020. They have fraudulently charged my bank for three years. I have called , written , emailed any and every source I found. Well, today, some one answered the phone listed POS DB MUSPGA.COM 855-236-8084. The rude customer service rep took my information like it was his money. He said my account is finally closed and I will be refunded 4 months. He said i hadn’t used account since 2020 but I should have contacted them then. Duh! I would never use it again and it is not as great as it was anyway. It took 3 years, they get no stars and customer service is horrible.”
