“I have known Jonathan a very long time. This year I had a landmark birthday so felt the need to drop a few hints to Jonathan as to what I would like for this birthday, in the hope he would then relay this to my husband. He duly did and boy did Jonathan find the right watch for me. I am now the happiest girl as attached to my wrist is a FAB-U-LOUS Gold Cartier Cougar with just the right amount of diamonds. Thank you Jonathan for all your help. I would not hesitate in recommending Jonathan and the Edinburgh Watch Company. His passion for watches helps him deliver exactly what you are looking for. “Met with Jonathan Friday night to discuss the Rolex sub Hulk he had in stock, and trading in my Omega PO ti liquid metal. Terrific guy to chat to, extremely helpfully, fair and accommodating. Met again last night to go through with the deal, so happy to say I am now the owner of the sub hulk and he has a cracking omega PO to sell on if anyone is interested . “After speaking with Jonathan on the phone a few times, we finally met up today to do a deal we had spoken about previously. Jonathan is a wonderfully engaging and friendly man who instantly inspired confidence and professionalism. We had a coffee and a chat about our mutual interests and then got down to business. “Having known Jonathan for over 10 years and working on a few charity events with him. I was delighted to hear that he had started his own Watch Company. I have been avid watch collector for many years. I have recently bought several time pieces from his company. I am delighted to say that not only was the service absolutely first class but the watches are also stunning! I was extremely happy that Jonathan was able to source a watch for me, which I had been trying to find, in under a day. “Bought another of my favourite watches yesterday,the Explorer 39 mm from Jonathan at EWC. What can I say, an extremely pleasant transaction conducted by someone brimming with enthusiam, passionate about horology and a thoroughly nice chap to boot. Jonathan is a real enthusiast, and took great trouble in guiding me to the right watch, eventually sourcing a new Rolex GMT master, similar to my own older Sea-Dweller but with its own character. “I recently purchased a Patek philippe 5135 rose gold watch from Edinburgh Watch Company. When it arrived it was as described, infact it was even better than expected. Having spoken to Jonathan about the watch he was a true gentleman. When the watch arrived I thanked him and discussed a second Patek Philippe 5124 g in white gold. “Just bought a brand new Rolex datejust II from Jonathan at EWC, service was fantastic, watch arrived earlier than expected in time for my Xmas present, I will be back for more in the new year as Jonathan is very knowledgeable in fine timepieces and the price quoted was very competitive. “Can’t recommend Jonathan and EWC highly enough. It’s nice to do business the old fashioned way based on trust. I was buying a watch as a surprise gift and Jonathon, on a hand shake, allowed me to “test drive” the watch just to make sure it was suited. Needless to say that was greatly appreciated and the recipient was delighted with the watch and due to Jonathan’s trust it was a big surprise on the day. So good was the service I bought another! Again Jonathan was so easy to deal with sourcing the Rolex model I was after, a price agreed quickly that suited us both and great after sale service. There was just no hassle or pressure in the whole process. It’s really good chatting with someone who knows his business and will explain the importance of papers and authenticity when buying previously owned watches. A delight to do business with. Stuart”

“I decide last year that I would like to upgrade my Rolex GMT II watch. I had looked at two or three options and visited a few Rolex authorised dealers to try and get the best trade in price for my watch which was in excellent condition. This proved fruitless however as they came no where near the valued price of my watch. Luckily I was visiting a Motoring event at Knockhill race track when a friend introduced me to Edinburgh Watch Company. On display they had some awesome watches and one in particular a Rolex Submariner with 18K gold bezel and braclet. After a quick introduction and a coffee I was nearly the owner of a new Rolex. I did I fact get the watch the following week and I know I got a very good exchange price for my own watch and the rest is history I can't recommend The Edinburgh Watch Company enough. Great service and after care service. Thank you”
