“I recently purchased a watch from EWC. As you might expect the watch is outstanding, but what made the experience uniquely different from any other vendor was Jonathan. He took time to suggest various watches which may be of interest, not simply the more expensive watch I had enquired after. He also gave me time to wear some watches to gain a feel for what was exactly right for me. His passion for his watches is only matched and perhaps surpassed, by his interest in his customers. Truly Five Star Experience !”

“Jonathan gives an exceptional service. I contacted Edinburgh Watch Company regarding a particular watch only to be told that it had been sold. Jonathan said that he would try to source a similar watch. He contacted me a couple of weeks later to tell me that he had found what I was looking for. I agreed the price and paid by BACS, Jonathan shipped the watch the same day and it arrived safely the next day. The whole process ran smoothly and I cannot praise Jonathan enough and have no doubts about recommending his services. Thanks again Jonathan, I hope we can repeat the process in the near future.”

“I bought an Omega Planet Ocean Chronograph from Jonathan. The watch was spotless and I love it. What was really special however was the way Jonathan operated. He took the time to meet me personally where we had a great conversation about watches, cars, the history of the Edinburgh Watch Company etc. Instead of this being simply a transaction it was an experience where I felt completely valued. I would recommend Jonathan's Edinburgh Watch Company to the highest degree. Fantastic products and a personal service, Jonathan operates with complete integrity. “If you want to buy a watch with peace of mind from the outset, zero stress, a seamless transaction, excellent communication, confidence in parting with Your hard earned money and without all the other things people usually worry about when buying a watch, then I would strongly advise you to do business with Jonathon. You may even see the same watch elsewhere slightly cheape,r but you can't put a price on integrity and trust. “Absolutely thrilled with my new Rolex Sub. The effort and attention to detail through conversation and email including a dedicated video of my watch far surpasses any purchase I have made to date. “Border Reivers Classic & Sports car specialist first made me aware of the fabalous timepieces at EWC. Following a quick chat with Jonathan my money was only ever going in his direction. Customer service and knowledge in abundance. Jonathan insists on the highest of standards in his stock, I actually bought from him as a person and would not now consider going anywhere else, the old saying of " you do business with people " has never been more apt.
