“Generally, good correspondence and fast work to find an insurer. I had the feeling that my requirements were understood. There was a slight problem with a long thread of emails, as some information became lost and had to be repeated. I would more or less recommend.”

“Always helpful and willing to go that extra yard. Telephone answered in a professional manner by well informed staff. ( Good English goes a long way !) Fortunately over the years not many claims so difficult to judge on this aspect. Always after a good deal so keep sharpening pencils. However always room for improvement, somewhere. Ou phrontis.
