The contact I had was very good - apologies for lateness of delivery, upgraded delivery to next day so the wait would be less & a free gift (worth ÂŁ55) for my daughter’s disappointment of not receiving it by her birthday. Perhaps I should have ordered sooner so I’m not putting all the blame on them but I did it within the e 3-5 business days. If there is one thing I am not entirely happy about it’s the postage as you have to spend over ÂŁ200 to get it free. Other than that all good”
